Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Cali Swim, we want you to be pleased every time you shop with us. We are willing to only accept returns for store credit.


Submit an email return request to us at In the email, please include your order number and the reason for returning your order. Please note that you must submit the return request within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Please allow up to 24 hours for your return request to be approved. Once approved, you must return items within 7 days of receiving the approval. Orders received after the 7 days will be subject to a 10% re stocking fee. 


Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. If the sanitary strip is not attached to the swimsuit, the swimsuit will automatically be refused. We do not accept items that have been abused, worn, soiled, altered, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting deodorant, makeup, bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. Please note that swimwear sold as a set must be returned as a set. If only the top or bottom is received, the package will be refused.

Damaged/Defective Items

Here at Cali Swim, we take pride in our products. Our products undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Clearance and Sale Items

Clearance or on sale items are final sale and can not be returned.

Shipping Fees

Customer will be held responsible for all shipping fees.
