When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-4 business days for processing time. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 3-9 business days. If merchandise that you have selected is not in stock or if we need additional information for verification, we will send a follow up email.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us due to our efforts of making sure you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible. If you happen to make a mistake and write the wrong shipping address, please contact us at sales@caliswimcollection.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
My package was lost/stolen or is being returned to you, what do I do?
Cali Swim is not responsible for stolen packages. Once items are shipped, it is in the responsibility of the shipping service. Refunds will not be processed for lost items. Please contact the shipping service to file a claim. We will issue store credits for packages that are returned to us due to being sent to the wrong address. Items returned to us must be sent back in good condition. Shipping fees will not be credited back.
What are final sale items?
All items on the sale page are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund.
